1. Service Cancellation

  • Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request via email to our official contact address.

  • Cancellation requests for ongoing services must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

  • Once a cancellation request is received, we will confirm the cancellation and notify the client of any applicable charges or refunds.


2. Refund Policy

  • General Policy: Fees paid for services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a service agreement.

  • Project-Based Services:

    • Cancellations made before the commencement of a project may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative charges.

    • No refunds will be issued once the project has commenced, as resources and time are allocated immediately upon project initiation.

  • Ongoing Subscription Services:

    • Clients must request cancellation at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following cycle.

    • No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period.

  • Digital Products & Completed Services:

    • No refunds will be provided for services that have already been delivered or digital products once accessed or downloaded.

  • Service Cancellation by Retro Volition Inc.:

    • We reserve the right to cancel any service at our discretion due to unforeseen circumstances, policy violations, or non-payment.

    • If a service is canceled by us, a full or partial refund may be provided, depending on the circumstances and work completed.


3. Exceptions & Special Cases

  • Refund requests due to technical errors or billing mistakes will be reviewed, and appropriate refunds will be issued if valid.

  • Refunds due to dissatisfaction with services will be handled on a case-by-case basis, considering the scope of work delivered.
